Are the roses real?
Yes, only fresh flowers were used to create your product. Meraki roses are premium Ecuadorian roses, which are individually chosen and carefully picked, and treated to be everlasting. Only fresh flowers are used.

Where do the roses come from?
Our roses are grown in Cayambe, Ecuador with an elevation of 5,790 m. Our gift boxes are assembled and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

How long do the roses last?
Our roses can last for at least 1 year with simple and proper care. To maximize the lifespan of your Meraki Roses, please follow the care card included in your gift box, as well as our Care Guide.

What is the status of my order? 
Your will receive an email from us when your order is placed, as well as an email with a UPS tracking number once your order is shipped.

How do I cancel my order? 
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. Please email us at support@merakirose.com to cancel your order. 

Can I change my shipping address? 
Yes, you can change your shipping address before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change your address. To request an address change, please email us at support@merakirose.com.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, can I exchange?
Please e-mail us at support@merakirose.com to correct your order before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make changes to your order, or offer exchanges.

How long will my order take to arrive? 
We offer free shipping on all orders with UPS Ground. Transit time with UPS ground shipping is anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location. For exact shipping times, please refer to the zone map below.

Are you able to rush my order? 
Absolutely! We offer five expedited shipping options for your last-minute party needs! Expedited shipping is charged at a calculated rate based on your location and the weight of the item, and can be reviewed at checkout. We can deliver orders the following day with UPS Next Day Air, if your order is placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). These are the five expedited shipping options we offer: 

o   UPS Three-Day Select: Delivery by the end of the 3rd business day 

o   UPS Second Day Air: Delivery by the end of the 2nd business day 

o   UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery by the end of the day 

o   UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 12:00 noon 

o   UPS Next Day Air Early AM: Next business day delivery by 9:30 AM 

Do you ship internationally? 
Unfortunately, our items are only available in the United States at the time. However, we are currently looking for international distributors to help us take our brand worldwide. If you are interested in becoming an international distributor for Meraki Rose, please visit our International Distributor page.

My Meraki Rose box was damaged during shipping, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements for our gift boxes. Each box of roses is securely packaged inside a larger Meraki Rose Brand box which serves as an extra layer of protection should anything happen during shipping. Any damages, should be reported to support@merakirose.com as well as UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

Am I able to pick up my order?
Currently, we do not offer a pick-up order option. However, keep an eye out for our pop-up events where you are able order and take home already-prepared Meraki Rose boxes.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept or offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. However, please e-mail us at support@merakirose.com if any issues arise.

Can I get samples of your products for my blog?
